may have answered the question of what to do with the waist when wearing blouses with low-waisted pants or skirts. If you do nothing, you look like you don't have a waist, and the blouse bunches around the top of your pants/skirt and looks unattractive. Apparently we will wear belts around our waists, above our "waistbands."
Paul Hardy
showed some beautiful things including this nice tweed jacket/coat with toggles and interesting trim treatment, with the beautiful bustier style camisole with strips of different fabrics, binding and piping. Very charming.
This embellished organza dress is fabulous, and would also make a very wearable top.
