Michael Kors Fall 2006 RTW

Colorblock effect.

Plaids are always good for Fall.

Classic knitwear with a classic camel coat.

Cardigan jacket over pleats and bows.

One of several paisley chiffon dresses. All with a heavy belt.

Classic jumper and argyle sock and purse.

A flapper dress.

And another.

And this one is heavily beaded.

When I first saw the photos of the collection, I was unimpressed. I got a better sense of the collection when I actually saw the runway show. I think you get a better sense of the story he is trying to tell in the runway setting. He has some nice pieces and can you believe that the jumper is back so strongly!

I love Micheal Kors clothing, each season he creates a wearable line. The neutral colors can be incorporated into your every day work wear and some pieces never go out of style.
