Valentino Spring 2007 Couture
A darling tiny, off-the-shoulder bolero.
Another dress/bolero combination, with intricately finished details including pleated patterns in the skirt, as shown below.
A beautifully cut jacket with interesting horizontal detailing on the bodice and the sleeves.
A delicately beautiful coat with large piping detail.
A rather simply-shaped top and skirt, but look at the shoulders, below.
A very pretty suit with padded edging.
A beautiful combination of fabrics, garments and silhouette.
The coat everyone's talking about.
The bodice of this dress has very interesting lines.
Givenchy Spring 2007 Couture
Showcasing the combination Naval Uniform/Mermaid theme.
An interesting print from head to toe.
Naval details in a wild print.
Interesting trim using wrapped stuffed tubes.
The one very lovely thing here. Chiffon overlays, and the mermaid theme is continued with the "coral" shoulders, shown below.
A net jacket which gives the effect of being encrusted by sea creatures.
Showing mastery over the fabric.

Armani Spring 2007 Couture
Scimitar lapels at Armani.
A very pretty suit.
A little origami influence in a beautiful light windowpane fabric.
A matelassé tunic with an interesting shape.
I can't tell exactly what this is; an overblouse of beads, or just jewelry, but it gives a real touch of intrigue to what is essentially a tank top and a skirt.
A very interesting draped jacket, with a python skirt.

Christian Dior Spring 2007 Couture
Madama Butterfly with origami accents.
So intricately done.
A fabulous cocktail look.
How truly sculptural, and a great Watteau train on a strapless gown.
A wonderful evening suit.
A great kimono interpretation.
A kimono suit with silk ribbon embroidery and a cricket belt. Close up of the belt below.
An unusual woven effect with a bonsai hat.
A glorious shape, with quilted details.
A Japanese Flamenco twist.
A masterful juxtaposition of fabrics.
A classic opera coat shape, beautifully rendered.
